Project Documentation & Coordination Services

Innovation 7 offers a variety of documentation and coordination services across the BIM ecosystem. When talking to us about your project, we will determine a strategy that works best for your needs.

1. BIM Execution Plans

Our services help you create BIM Execution Plans that align with the ISO-19650 standard. These plans outline the approach to information modeling in a project, giving your team and stakeholders a comprehensive strategy to follow.

3. BIM COBie Deliverables

Our team helps with producing BIM COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) deliverables. These sets of data are essential for transferring information to operators, guaranteeing a smooth transition from construction to operation.

5. BIM Contract Languages

To ensure all parties are on the same page, we assist in crafting BIM contract languages for trades and contractors. This creates clear expectations and responsibilities, reducing potential misunderstandings and disputes.

7. Coordination Management

Our team oversees coordination meetings to ensure that all relevant parties are present and that important topics are discussed. Additionally, we take care of meeting minutes, documenting significant decisions and action items for future reference.

2. BIM Element Tables

Our team assists you in creating BIM element tables that detail all components of your building project with specific data. This guarantees that every piece is accounted for, making planning and execution efficient.

4. BIM Protocols & Common Data Environment (CDE)

We assist you in creating BIM protocols and setting up a CDE, which is a shared online platform where project-related information can be collected, organized, and easily shared.

This helps to promote collaboration and ensures that all parties involved in the project have access to the most up-to-date and accurate information.

6. Liaison Between Disciplines

Our team acts as a bridge between various disciplines involved in your project, facilitating communication and coordination, to ensure seamless progress from beginning to end.

Our objective is to simplify your project management process, minimize risks, and boost efficiency.

BIM Model Management:
After Delivery Asset
Information Model (AIM)

Innovation 7 and our BIM team offers specialized support for your post-delivery Asset Information Model (AIM).

Our goal is to help you maximize the value of your Building Information Modeling (BIM) data throughout the lifecycle of your facility.

What is an Asset Information Model (AIM)?

An Asset Information Model (AIM) is a comprehensive digital representation of a building or infrastructure that includes data related to its design, construction, and operational performance. Created from the Project Information Model (PIM), the AIM is a valuable resource for facility managers and operators after project handover.

Our BIM Model Management Service for AIM

Managing and updating your AIM is crucial to ensure it continues to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your asset. Our expert team offers various services to help you maintain, update, and utilize your AIM effectively.

1. AIM Maintenance

We help you keep your AIM in optimal condition, ensuring all data stays current and relevant. This includes regular updates to reflect any changes or modifications of your asset.

3. AIM Integration

If you have multiple systems or databases, we help integrate your AIM with these systems. This creates a unified source of truth, improving the accessibility and usability of your data.

5. AIM Consultation

We offer expert advice on how to best utilize your AIM for strategic decision-making. This includes providing guidance on asset lifecycle planning, cost management, and operational efficiency.

2. AIM Analysis

We assist you in extracting valuable insights from your AIM. This can include analyzing performance data, identifying potential issues, and advising on preventative maintenance strategies.

4. AIM Training

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your team can use and update the AIM effectively. This empowers your facility management team to fully leverage the power of your AIM.
