Lizan Penaranda commands the area of Civil Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in the field, CanBIM Foundations Theory & Software Skills – Proficient certification, and Certificate in Building Information Modeling – Lifecycle Management. She is a gifted leader with experience working on diverse collaborative projects, including the Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS) project. The SATREPS project was a collaboration agreement between the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Government of Colombia that involved the participation of various public entities, including DIMAR, UNGRD, the SGC, and the National University of Colombia.​

James Migwans graduated from the FABLAB's First Peoples Innovation Center with ever-growing Revit skills; his success is indicative of Innovation 7  having the right personnel formula for BIM.​

Lilian Garcia is a highly skilled Building Information Modelling expert with practical experience in architecture, project execution, team leadership, and collaboration. She uses the latest data management techniques and BIM technologies to simplify her work. Lilian has a bachelor's degree in architecture and specialized certificates in BIM Lifecycle Management and Green Architecture. Managing projects from designing visualizations for Earth and Sciences Laboratories projects for the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo located in Mexico to commanding as an electrical resident on Electrical Projects for Offices of the Company New York Life, Warehouse such as Amazon and LRT Stations, also designed ecological cabins and healthcare facilities.​

Asber Tekle, holding degrees in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Carleton U., excels at developing and modifying CNC programs for the production of complex parts, as well as utilizing AutoCAD and Inventor. 

Dasan (“Dawson”) is a member of the Ojibwa Naotkamegwanning First Nation, a Treaty 3 community in Northern Ontario, and graduated from the FABLAB's First Peoples Innovation Center with ever-growing Revit skills. Dasan has joined Innovation 7 through a successful training program with Kagita Mikam to gain professional experience in Indigenous research and working with Indigenous northern communities on the Northern Initiative Ideas Program (NIDP) with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), but also enabled him in assisting the bookstore with updating inventory cataloging. He is a highly efficient Revit Modeling which shows through LRT  modeler experience. Dasan is passionate in his historical research of Indigenous people and embarking on a career to apply and build on his abilities to impact his people for another 7 generations.​
